Eric Bolling Shocks Fans With MAJOR Announcement Amid X-Rated Photos Scandal

Fox News host Eric Bolling was suspended from Fox News last weekend after the Huffington Post published a story claiming that he sent photos of his “genitalia” to several female co-workers years ago. Bolling’s attorney claimed that his client does not recall sending the photos–and now Bolling is fighting back against what he considers a slanderous story by a writer at the Huffington Post.

Bolling announced he is filing a $50 million lawsuit against Yashar Ali, the Huffington Post writer who published the story.

The Hill reported that news of the lawsuit was revealed by Ali himself on Twitter.

“Just received a summons. Eric Bolling is suing me for defamation – $50 million in damages,” Ali wrote on Twitter on Wednesday evening. “I stand by my reporting + will protect my sources.”

Bolling’s lawsuit is against Ali personally, not the Huffington Post.

The summons sent to Ali state: “The nature of this action is for damages and injunctive relief based on defamation arising from the defendant’s efforts to injure the plaintiff’s reputation through the intentional and/or highly reckless publication of actionable false and misleading statements about the plaintiff’s conduct and character. As a result of the defendant’s actions, the plaintiff has been substantially harmed.”

It continues: “Mr. Bolling recalls no such inappropriate communications, does not believe he sent any such communications, and will vigorously pursue his legal remedies for any false and defamatory accusations that are made,” said Bolling’s attorney Michael J. Bowe in response to the allegations.

Bolling has taken to Twitter to thank his fans for their support.
