PHOTOS: Something CHILLING Was Just Spotted In North Korea

Tensions between the U.S. and North Korea escalated this week after President Donald Trump told the communist nation that any attack on our country will be met with “fire and fury.” North Korea responded by threatening to launch a nuclear attack on the U.S. territory of Guam.

On Wednesday, something downright chilling happened in North Korea that shows exactly what we’re up against.

Daily Mail reported that tens of thousands of North Koreans gathered for a massive rally at Kim Il Sung Square in Pyongyang as a show of defiance against Trump. Disturbing photos show citizens holding propaganda placards and waving their fists in the air.

North Korea released a statement condemning Trump yesterday as well, calling him “bereft of reason” and warning ominously that “only absolute force can work on him.” The communist nation also doubled down on threats to attack Guam.

Business Insider reported that North Korea released a statement saying that it is “seriously examining the plan for an enveloping strike at Guam through simultaneous fire of four Hwasong-12 intermediate-range strategic ballistic rockets in order to interdict the enemy forces on major military bases on Guam and to signal a crucial warning to the US.”

The statement went on to say that North Korea would specifically fire four missiles that would fly over Japan before crashing down in the waters 18 to 25 miles from Guam. It added that plans for the attack will be completed by mid-August, when they will be sent to Kim Jong Un himself for approval.

Secretary of Defense Jim “Mad Dog” Mattis has warned North Korea not to make any moves against the U.S.

“The DPRK must choose to stop isolating itself and stand down its pursuit of nuclear weapons,” Mattis said, referring to North Korea. “The DPRK should cease any consideration of actions that would lead to the end of its regime and the destruction of its people.”
